My professional foundation combines sales, marketing, communication, and business psychology. I got my start in the luxury industry, where I learned to listen attentively, recognize people's needs, and build trust.
Over the years, my focus increasingly shifted to questions of what motivates people, what makes collaboration succeed, and which factors enable sustainable development. This curiosity led me into business psychology, and it still shapes my work today.
As a trainer, I've spent many years guiding people through trainings, workshops, and development processes. In doing so, I combine expert knowledge with practical experience and a clear eye for interpersonal dynamics.
